MarketSoft Debuts Cross-Sell Solution

Marketing automation vendor MarketSoft Corp., Lexington, MA, has introduced the MarketSoft Cross Sell Hub, a cross-selling solution for linking people and processes across the extended enterprise.

According to MarketSoft, the Cross Sell Hub meets the needs of financial services companies that have merged following deregulation but have been frustrated in their attempts to sell more products to their customer bases.

The Cross Sell Hub connects sales referrals, event-triggered opportunities, retention alerts and campaign-generated leads with the channel best able to close them. It automates the identification, creation, delivery, tracking and measurement of cross-sell opportunities across the extended enterprise.

Seventy percent of the 80 largest diversified financial services organizations have publicly announced within the past six months that cross-selling is a strategic priority in 2002, according to MarketSoft's proprietary research.
