Marketsmith Debuts Simulated Customer Experience Service

Multichannel marketing services firm Marketsmith Inc. announced Aug. 22 a new service that provides perspective into a company's customer experience and the marketplace the company competes in.

Shoppersmith uses a proprietary simulated customer experience for both Web and telephone purchases, helping Marketsmith, www.marketsmithinc.com, Morristown, NJ, provide detailed comparisons across every aspect of the customer contact continuum beginning with the first point of contact.

Within the first four to six weeks, a client will receive a thorough picture of how the company's internal practices compare with those of its competitors in terms of product offering, product presentation, customer experience, branding, customer communication and use of customer name/e-mail address along with recommendations for future actions.
