Michael Becker is a Co-founder & Managing Partner for mCordis, a mobile marketing strategic advisory and education service provider. Michael and the team at mCordis (1) advise brand marketers on how to embrace mobile within their strategies, (2) support AdTech & MarTech vendors in their effort to service brands and retailers and (3) prepare marketing professionals for a digitally led world through our professional qualification in mobile marketing courses. Michael is a strategic advisor to Assurant Solutions, FunMobility, Shopper Army and Privowny. He is the co-author of Mobile Marketing for Dummies and number of other books and articles. He is on the faculty of marketing for the Association of National Advertisers, Direct Marketing Association, the Path-to-Purchase Institute and National University. Michael previously worked with the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) as both a board member and Managing Director and he was the co-founder of iLoop Mobile, a leading messaging solutions provider. Michael was awarded the 2014 Marketing EDGE Edward Mayer Education Leadership Award for his commitment to marketing education.
Adam Bravo is the Executive Director of Loyalty Marketing Operations for MGM Resorts International. Bravo brings over 15 years of marketing experience overseeing all direct marketing, campaign management, and trigger based marketing efforts for MGM Resorts whose properties include: Bellagio, Aria, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Mirage, New York New York and more. He holds expertise in 1 to 1 marketing, B2C email marketing optimization, direct marketing initiatives, and data acquisition standards. Prior to joining MGM Resorts he held several key marketing positions for American Casino and Entertainment Properties, Goodwin Associates in New York, and Unilever. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.
I have over 16 years experience in building engaged brands and running global teams, working at the intersection of community, influence and technology Currently, I am Director of Social & Mobile at McCann Erickson. The agency operates 180 offices in more than 120 countries and boasts a client roster that includes preeminent global marketers and many of the world’s most famous brands. My role focuses on the scale and integration of social and mobile technology across all McCann teams' work.
As Chief Marketing Officer and SVP Business Operations for Jasper, he is responsible for all aspects of marketing including; brand strategy, sales enablement, demand generation, digital strategy, marketing operations and driving growth. He also has oversight for some operational functions including strategic planning and deployment, business operations and establishing a companywide lean/continuous improvement office. Alia is responsible for leading media and digital marketing for IKEA in the U.S. She directs the strategic development and execution of paid and owned media, including print, broadcast, digital, social, promotional, experiential, and new media opportunities. Alia spearheaded branded entertainment and content marketing. She has earned multiple industry awards including: Gold North American Effie Award, Re-Staging Category, Bronze North American Effie Award, Retail Category, Gold Clio, Cannes Lions and more. She has been honored by AWNY as Advertising Mother of the Year and is a 2015 recipient of Direct Marketing News’ 40 under 40. She is a frequent thought leadership speaker on consumer engagement and retail topics.

Jamie is an marketing industry vet with over 15 years experience across numerous marketing disciplines. Jamie started his career on the agency side, working with high-profile, national brands for top-tier agencies. He began his client-side pursuits at Bank of America, where he led the email and mobile marketing channels. In his present role at Wells Fargo, Jamie leads a team driving product and segment strategies through numerous digital marketing channels for home lending products and services. He is a recent recipient of DMN Top 40 Under 40 award.
Brent Leary is a CRM industry analyst, advisor, author, speaker and award winning blogger. He is co-founder and Partner of CRM Essentials LLC, an Atlanta based CRM advisory firm covering tools and strategies for improving business relationships. Current and past clients include Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce.com, SAP and other major technology companies. Leary sits on the advisory board of Social Media Today and the editorial advisory board of The Atlanta Tribune Magazine, and writes regularly for CRM magazine. He is the host and executive producer of the upcoming Technology for Business Sake television program airing on AIBTV in Atlanta.
For more than 15 years, Alex Lirtsman has led innovation and digital strategy for global brands and non-profits. As Founding Partner and Chief Strategist of Ready Set Rocket, Alex oversees the teams that fuel innovation and digital strategies for brands like the ACLU, Ann Taylor, Deutsche Bank, Michael Kors, NBA and Univision. Prior to RSR, Alex was the Director of E-Commerce at Freshpair and CMO of digital agency Purple, Rock, Scissors.
Stephanie Losee is the Executive Director of Brand Content for POLITICO. Previously she was the Managing Editor of Dell, directing Dell’s editorial content strategy and formalizing Dell’s role as a brand publisher. The Holmes Report named her one of the Top 25 Innovators of 2015. She is a former writer at Fortune and editor at PC Magazine. Follow her on Twitter @slosee.
Liz Pedro is a Marketing Director at Mitel. Her charter is to identify and market customer success to increase Mitel brand awareness and grow revenue. Liz is a recognized authority in development and management of customer success, customer marketing and advocate marketing. Prior to working with customer success marketing, she had various roles in sales and marketing including managing call centers, sales, program management, and internal communications at Novell, ShoreTel, LANDesk and WordPerfect. Liz holds a Bachelor degree in Communications from Brigham Young University.

Jeffrey F. Rayport is a faculty member at Harvard Business School, where he is affiliated with the Entrepreneurial Management Unit and teaches in both MBA and Executive programs. He has served as a director of, and advisor to, many public and private corporations. His teaching and research focus on media, online commerce, and digital marketing services. He is based in Boston, MA.
Pedro is Director of Integrated Marketing at People en Español, and a contributing technology blogger at the HuffingtonPost, focused on emerging social and digital trends. He is a 2015 Direct Marketing News 40 Under 40 Award Recipient, and Honorable Mention for MIN's Marketer of The Year. As a communications specialist, he has developed award-winning marketing and branding campaigns for consumer, healthcare, corporate and technology clients, most recently as a member of the Digital Innovation Group at Cohn & Wolfe, a global public relations agency within the WPP Group. Pedro's multicultural marketing experience began with his time at HBO’s New York International Latino Film Festival, his public relations and marketing role at Ocean Drive Español (Niche Media Holdings LLC), and with Cohn & Wolfe’s multicultural practice, Infuse. He is an active member of the LAGRANT Foundation, mentoring young minority professionals entering the communications field.
Siping has over 10 years of experience in the digital analytics space. She currently leads the analytics team for Lenovo eService where her team is tasked to build out the customer data journey from online to offline. Prior to eService, she worked in Lenovo eComm as the innovation & optimization manager launching A/B testing as well as driving incremental P&L for the dotcom business.
Geoffrey Sanders is Vice President of Digital Marketing, CRM & Loyalty for Gilt. He leads the team responsible for new customer acquisition, sales engagement, and lifecycle marketing across paid media and owned channels such as email. Prior to joining Gilt in April 2015, Geoff spent 10 years in Citi’s U.S. Consumer businesses, in a variety of marketing roles across traditional and digital channels. Geoff has also worked in marketing at Gillette, in strategy and marketing at Capital One, and in consulting at Mitchell Madison Group and Sapient. Geoff received Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Biology from MIT, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Amanda is the Director of Content Marketing at Cleveland Clinic leading the team responsible for the most visited hospital blog in the country (generating more than 4 million visits/month). Cleveland Clinic's content marketing team is among the most reputable in the industry - producing thousands of on- and off-line projects and content pieces a year, including publications, collateral, infographics, blog posts and much more.
Charlotte has more than 17+ years business experience, including 15 years in the Retail Banking & Financial Service industry. With special emphasis in Consumer Lending and Credit Card Marketing Strategy and Product Management. Her core expertise in analytical problem solving applied in setting strategies for consumer facing international corporations. She has a track record of successful building CRM, Digital and Business Analytics capabilities, developing talent and organizations transformation and business development in the US, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
