Willow CSN Expands to Dallas Area

Virtual contact center provider Willow CSN Inc. is expanding its operations to the Dallas area and will begin recruiting home-based teleservices agents starting March 8, the company said yesterday.

Willow CSN, Miramar, FL, will hire hundreds of Dallas-area call center agents in the next several months, the company said. Willow uses a work-at-home model in which agents work from their personal computers and dial into a central network hub.

A workforce expansion is needed because of the company's growing client list, Willow CSN said. Willow CSN added 18 new nationwide clients in 2004, more than doubling its total client list.

Willow CSN now employs 2,200 home-based agents in 12 states. The company has tripled the size of its agent pool in the past year.
