Web Site Starts for Call Center Pros

Questex Media Group Inc., Newton, MA, launched a Web site for call center and customer service professionals, iccm.com, the business-to-business publisher said last week.


ICCM Newsline combines breaking news and product announcements, a site blog, links to industry blogs, weekly polls and regular columns. There also is registration information for the ICCM Conference & Expo for call center and customer service professionals, which Questex manages.


"Community building is our goal," site editor George Miller said in a statement. Along with news and product information, he said, site visitors seek product comparisons, technology insights, tips, cautions, best practices and job listings. "These elements will debut in the coming weeks."


Questex also publishes a weekly ICCM e-newsletter, which has a circulation base exceeding 25,000.
