Walter Karl Welcomes New Homeowner Inserts

Walter Karl, a Donnelley Marketing Co., Pearl River, NY, announced its appointment last week as list manager for the Welcome Wagon package insert program.


The program reaches 1.8 million new homeowners annually with inserts riding in a gift pack including a telephone address book. Recipients of these packages are 100 percent telephone verified as new homeowners.


The average age of recipients is 38, the average income range is $60,000-$100,000 and 80 percent have children younger than 10 at home. The program costs $65/M.
