Digital agency Razorfish has named Bob Lord CEO. Clark Kokich, who has been CEO since 2007, will take on the newly created role of chairman.

The changes were announced at the ninth annual Razorfish Client Summit.

Lord has been at Razorfish since 2000 and had served as president of the East US region since 2004. He also is responsible for the Razorfish business in Latin America, working with Terra Latin America, the largest internet portal in the region.

“[Bob is] a proven leader who has been at the forefront of teaching clients how to build their businesses through the creation of ground-breaking digital experiences,” Kokich said in a statement, “Bob will ensure that our more than 2,000 people around the world have the tools they need to build the agency of the future. And as chairman, I am now freed up to focus on the work I love most - helping client teams deliver innovative business ideas, as well as identifying the strategic initiatives that will continue to differentiate Razorfish in the marketplace.”

All of Razorfish's presidents will now report to Lord.

Before joining Razorfish, Lord served as COO and EVP of Prism Rehab Systems and before that was a partner consultant with Symmetrix.
