Pro Tech Wins Infomercial, Call Contract

Pro Tech Communications will provide teleservices for an infomercial campaign promoting Advanced Wound Care Inc.'s healing products under a contract announced yesterday.

Pro Tech, a specialty call center focusing on the medical products industry, will handle inbound calls for the infomercial campaign, which debutes Jan. 15. The teleservices firm also will perform outbound telemarketing for Advanced Wound Care as part of the campaign.

Advanced Wound Care has issued a distributor agreement to Pro Tech, Fort Pierce, FL. The agreement lets Pro Tech conduct business-to-business marketing, targeted at nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, podiatrists and home healthcare agencies.
