Infogroup today announced the launch of Yes Lifecycle Marketing, a re-integration of existing company assets in an effort to provide a single SaaS platform for marketers to tailor messages to customers based on their transactional lifecycles.

Infogroup's Yesmail unit will be incorporated into the new business, which will be headed by Yesmail President Michael Fisher. In addition to Yesmail, Yes Lifecycle Marketing will comprise two other solutions for marketers: Yes Agency Services to provide strategic and creative executions and Yes Data and Technologies Services to provide data analytics for real-time marketing programs.

“Yes Lifecycle Marketing seamlessly integrates a wide array of professional services with leading data and technology to deliver real-time and personalized marketing campaigns in one stand-alone business unit,” said Infogroup Chairman and CEO Mike Iaccarino in a statement announcing the organizational change.
