MKTG sells education division

MKTG Services has sold its education division to Market Data Retrieval, a D&B Company, effective July 6.

MKTG Services' strategy is to provide marketing support for core customers - including companies in the automotive, banking, mortgage, insurance, financial services, collections and franchise industries.

The sale of the education division will allow MKTG to focus on its mission to support core customers with solutions that help them acquire and retain customers and grow their business.

MDR is a long-time player in education information with specialty in the K-12, higher education, library, early childhood, and related education markets.

MKTG Services is focused on compiling data and developing new marketing solutions in the risk assessment, bankruptcy screening, marketing systems, list management and brokerage, and data processing services.
