Fortelligent, Boston, provides analytical technologies, tools and methodologies in a hosted environment that improve client acquisition, cross-sell/upsell, churn reduction and retention programs.

KnowledgeBase and Fortelligent will capitalize on the Fortelligent platform to offer clients measurably successful ways to improve targeting. KnowledgeBase will benefit from linking Fortelligent's platform to its IMPACT database marketing system and to its AmeriLINK consumer database to drive list selection.

Fortelligent management and staff will remain in their current positions and continue to operate from their headquarters in Boston.
