ICT Opens NY Call Center

ICT Group opened a 22,000-square-foot contact center in Williamsville, NY, the company said yesterday.

The new facility has 200 workstations and will house 230 customer service representatives when operating at capacity. ICT Group opened it to meet the demands of new and existing clients.

ICT Group also operates a site in Amherst, NY, specializing in client services, IT/programming and operations management, as well as a market research survey center in Depew, NY. With the addition of the Williamsville site, ICT Group will employ about 750 people in the area.
