Direct Media Inc., Greenwich, CT, announced its appointment yesterday as list manager for two subscriber files from American Kennel Club.


The AKC Gazette and Family Dog Magazine have a de-duped total of 137,000 names of dog owners, handlers, breeders and fanciers.


AKC Gazette readers are 83 percent female with average household income of $90,800 and an average of five dogs per household.


Family Dog Magazine readers are 74 percent female with average household income of $73,900 and an average of three dogs per household.


Selects on these files include geography and recency. The base price for both is $95/M.
