Columbia House Picks Sprint Voice for Call Center

Sprint has won an agreement to provide voice services to entertainment direct marketer Columbia House's customer service call center in Terre Haute, IN.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, though Sprint described it in a statement as a three-year, multimillion-dollar contract. The call center handles 100 million minutes of customer contact annually and services 16 million Columbia House members.

In addition, Sprint will provide voice services for Columbia House's New York headquarters and IP technology to let Columbia House employees connect remotely to the company's computer network.
