Coldwell Launches Fall Sweepstakes

After a test promotion last fall produced response rates of 24 percent and generated 58,000 leads, Coldwell Banker, Parsippany, NJ, is again teaming up with Cadillac for its "Decorate Your Driveway" sweepstakes promotion.

The promotion kicked off Sept. 13 and will continue through Nov. 8. Consumers who are interested in buying or selling a home can enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win a Cadillac Catera or a vacation package to the Caribbean or Mexico through mail pieces distributed by 69,000 local Coldwell Banker agents, at the Web site and at real estate offices and open houses.

The promotion follows up the company's "Spring into a Beautiful Home'' sweepstakes with Ethan Allen earlier this year, which generated more than 48,000 leads from 160,000 entrants and resulted in local agents making value added offers to home buyers that included Ethan Allen home decorating consultation and gift certificates as closing gifts.
