What's her role: Parkinson will work with Clear Channel International and Clear Channel Outdoor North America's marketing teams to build and share the company's global value proposition, and to lead its narrative on creativity, innovation, and technology, as well as leading the company's global internal communication efforts.
Where was she prior: Prior to joining Clear Channel in January 2010, Pru was Group Strategic Planning Director at Starcom MediaVest. She also served as CEO at Universal McCann London, before cofounding Nylon, the WPP-owned communications planning business, in 2004.
Why was she appointed: “The creation of Pru's new role as Clear Channel Outdoor's Global Chief Marketing Officer reflects our ambition to leverage our global scale and reach, which is unprecedented amongst outdoor advertising companies,” said William Eccleshare, CEO of Clear Channel Outdoor.
Who it is: Jeff Thomas, appointed CMO of Sitecore
What's his role: Thomas will lead Sitecore's global marketing team. He will be responsible for the company's overall go-to-market strategy.
Where was he prior: Thomas previously worked with technology companies such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Cisco, BEA/Oracle, and Symantec.

********************Who it is: Paige O'Neill, appointed CMO of iJento, a customer intelligence technology company
What's her role: O'Neill will drive global marketing strategy for iJento including positioning, demand generation, communications, and social marketing.
Where was she prior: O'Neill has held senior marketing positions for Teradata (Aprimo), Oracle, and PHH Arval, where she was also CMO.
Why was she appointed: “Paige understands the complexity that marketers face each day, especially around data and what it reveals about a customer's journey, and this makes her a valuable asset to our organization,” said Peter Ryan, CEO of iJento. “And the nearly two decades she's spent designing, promoting and, most important, using marketing technology makes her an even bigger asset to our customers.”
Who it is: Marcella Mazzucca, named VP of global marketing and channels at ThreatTrack Security, which is the highest marketing officer ranking in the company
What's her role: Mazzucca will drive the security company's marketing initiatives. She will also be responsible for strengthening its global partner network, which includes IT solution providers, retailers, technology distributors, OEMs, and more.
Where was she prior: Prior to joining ThreatTrack Security, Mazzucca held the roles of CMO, and VP of global marketing and channels at security companies such as Webroot, SurfControl, Microsoft, and Sybari Software.
Why was she appointed: “Marcella is a dynamic marketing leader, and her extensive experience in security and international markets is an exciting complement to ThreatTrack Security's aggressive growth trajectory and innovative product strategy,” said Julian Waits Sr., CEO of ThreatTrack Security. “Under her leadership, the market will know ThreatTrack Security develops the bleeding-edge solutions organizations need to defend themselves from today's most sophisticated cyber attacks.”
Who it is: Matthew Shevach, appointed senior VP of ad solutions at Retailigence, the highest ranking marketer position at the company
What's his role: Shevach will have overall responsibility for the strategy, go-to-market, and product direction for Retailigence's Ad Solutions.
Where was he prior: Prior to joining Retailigence, Shevach led advertising and data solutions for TRUSTe. He has also led product, marketing, business development, and sales at Adap.TV, Tribal Fusion, and Claria.
Why was he appointed: “Matthew's long career of pioneering work in the digital ad space and extensive relationships allow us to grow the number of ad-tech partners at an accelerated pace,” said Jeremy Geiger, CEO and founder of Retailigence. “We want to ensure that any offline retailer or brand manufacturer can achieve best-in-class digital marketing performance, with minimal change to their existing campaign process or suppliers.
