Cmedia, ATC Complete Merger

Respond2 Communications Inc. subsidiaries Cmedia and ATC Agency Services completed their merger, creating one of the largest independent buyers of direct response television media nationwide.

The new entity, operating under the Cmedia name, is projected to have media billings of $200 million this year. Cmedia will maintain its headquarters in Portland, OR, and a satellite office in Philadelphia, serving clients in beauty, fitness, pharmaceuticals, housewares and technology.

Cmedia campaigns currently on air include ones for AOL PC, TotalGym and HeartStart.
