In conjunction with the name change, the company's Web site will be launched at on Dec. 1, and its new mission statement will be, "Superior service, thought partnership, unparalleled results -- Others promise, we deliver."

As of Dec. 5, Belardi/Ostroy ALC will move its New York City headquarters from 19 Union Square West to 16 W. 22nd St. and will open a location in Ridgefield, CT.
