While attending UCLA Anderson School of Management, Bataille Daly was the president of the Sports Business Association, co-director of orientation for the class of 2012, and cofounder of Pulse, an annual media, entertainment, and sports conference. Prior to UCLA, she worked as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs.

What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?

Livestreaming the first NFL game between the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars on Yahoo for free.

What's the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 Under 40 honorees?

Say yes to opportunities both small and big, and doors will open. Work hard with a smile on your face.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?

A lot.

What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?

If I were a professional athlete, I would be the female Roger Federer.
