Jonathan Lacoste, President and cofounder, Jebbit, 23

Jonathan Lacoste is the 23-year-old president and cofounder of Jebbit, a machine-learning mobile software company started in a college dorm room in 2011. Outside of Jebbit, Lacoste writes the CMO Corner for Inc. Magazine, is a 15-time marathon runner, and is involved in the United Nations and World Economic Forum.

What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?

My proudest accomplishment is the incredible team we've assembled at Jebbit.

What's the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 Under 40 honorees?

Find out what you're passionate about and relentlessly work toward becoming the best in the world at it.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?

I hope to make a lasting dent in the digital marketing industry and then find my next challenge to pursue.

What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?

I really enjoy watching old political speeches on YouTube.
