What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?

Being the David vs. Goliath to win accounts such as Google, Black & Decker, and Microsoft.

What's the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 Under 40 honorees?

Run faster then your peers, but don't bump into their lane.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?

Build a culture and reputation that attracts the best global talent to create the most innovative and creative branding and campaigns in the world.

What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?

My artistic career began as a ceramicist.
