List management concern 21st Century Marketing Inc., Farmingdale, NY, and e-commerce technology concern Spider Inc., East Northport, NY, have formed a strategic alliance to offer integrated marketing solutions to their clients. 21st Century will market Spider's services in conjunction with its own Web-based operations, including TrafikMax, a Web-marketing vehicle.

In exchange, Spider, which makes software that allows companies to maintain their own e-commerce Web sites, will promote the list services of 21st Century as part of a total marketing solution. Spider has been working primarily with manufacturers and retailers, but is seeking to expand into providing service to more catalog companies that are launching online initiatives, according to Spider founder, president/CEO Paul White.
