Brittany is Drybar’s vice president of marketing and resident guru on all things brand building. For the past four years, Brittany has conjured up creative ways to jazz up Drybar's shop experience and innovative product line. Before bringing her talents to Drybar, Brittany, a beach-loving SoCal native, spent eight years developing and managing global ad campaigns and promotions for Fortune 500 giants Mattel, Disney, The Coca-Cola Company, Toyota, Hilton Worldwide and The Home Depot. She loves how brands engage consumers in fun, memorable “conversations", which is precisely what she does for Drybar. Having previously worked primarily on male-targeted brands, Brittany loves being able to do her thing for a “look good, feel good” female-centric brand like Drybar!

Barbara Martin Coppola serves as chief marketing officer of Grubhub. With 18 years of technology marketing experience spanning more than nine countries, Barbara is responsible for growing brand affinity and driving user adoption. Prior to GrubHub, Barbara spent seven years at Google, holding leadership positions in the U.S. and France for Google Express, YouTube and Chromecast. She also previously worked for Samsung in South Korea and Texas Instruments in the U.S., Finland, Germany and Japan. Barbara holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, a master’s degree in mobile communications from E.N.S.T, and an MBA from INSEAD. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Barbara studied classical piano alongside engineering while an undergraduate student, which helped provide balance to her curriculum. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.

Ms. Gosler is a Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing for Wedbush Securities. She is also the Chief Marketing Officer of Lime Brokerage, a Wedbush affiliate company.  With over 13 years of experience, Sarah’s strong leadership skills and vast expertise in brand management, strategic marketing, and management consulting have propelled her success over the years.  Her strengths and distinguished career achievements have resulted from her ability to effectively and efficiently create, implement, and execute strategic planning directives focused on change management and marketing.  Throughout her tenures, she has developed numerous marketing and brandings campaigns, as well as strategic planning initiatives, that have reshaped and revitalized the marketing portfolio and brand image of larger firms in various industries. 

Prior to joining Wedbush Securities, she was the Head of Marketing for IFG Capital, a family-owned private equity firm with an equity portfolio of globally-based companies spanning industries from financial services and real estate investment to aerospace and defense. Prior to IFG Capital, she was an executive consultant for a variety of start-up organizations in need of complete marketing and planning initiatives. During this time, she served as the Interim Executive Director for the Community Economics Lab ("CELab"), a 501c3 dedicated to promoting economic development to low-income areas within New Mexico. She also served as the Director of Marketing and Operations for LEA. Prior to executive consulting, she was responsible for working on the first strategic marketing business initiative at Dekker/Perich/Sabatini Architecture. She was also a Founding Executive Member of the New Mexico Chapter of the Urban Land Institute. During her graduate program, Ms. Gosler worked with the Department of Microsystems and Engineering Sciences at Sandia National Laboratories, a subsidiary of the Lockheed Martin Corporation, where she focused on transitioning the technical organization into a business centric operation. Her successes in marketing have earned her six MarCom Awards, 5 Hermes Awards, and an Addy Award.  She was named one of L.A. Biz’s “Women of Influence” in 2016, and was also a 2016 Los Angeles Business Journal Women’s Summit Nominee for ‘Executive of the Year’ and ‘Rising Star’.

Marleine Pacilio is Sr. Director, Digital for Revlon Portfolio Brands, overseeing global digital marketing efforts for brands including Almay, American Crew and CND, based both in Miami and New York. She joined Revlon in 2016, after successfully leading and driving digital growth at OPI Products out of Los Angeles. In her 16 years prior to joining the beauty industry, Marleine managed several other high-profile global brands, having worked with such notable companies as Warner Bros., The Walt Disney Company, and Nintendo of America. A self-described digital addict, she has also maintained several design, beauty and social blogs over the last ten years.

Monica Wood is currently the Vice President, Global Consumer and Member Insights for Herbalife.  She is responsible for building the insights function from the ground up, creating best in class practices globally and is responsible for all business analytics and insights work conducted within the company.

Monica has advised many Fortune 100 elite corporations during her extensive career, and has earned recognition as one of the leaders in the field for her work with some of the world’s best known brands. Her work has earned her professional awards for excellence, most notably the Advertising Research Foundation’s prestigious David Ogilvy Award in 2017, where Herbalife is currently  a finalist (results will be announced in March 2017).

Prior to joining Herbalife, Monica was president of the Market Research Council and also the President of Monica Wood and Associates where she partnered with leading pharmaceutical and CPG clients to develop outstanding solutions and actionable, insightful research deliverables.  

Prior, Monica was Vice President Global Marketing Services at Novartis. She was responsible for all global interactive marketing activity, media spending analytics, syndicated and custom market research for Novartis Consumer Health.
Prior to joining Novartis, Monica was Vice President Consumer Insights and Strategy planning at ToysRUS. In that role, she created the insights and strategy group and had full global responsibility for insight and strategy work for ToysRUS and BabiesRUS. 
Prior to ToysRUS Monica was EVP of Edelman Public Relations. There she founded StrategyOne, their internal insights and strategy department. Among her other accomplishments, she lead the development of one of the first 360 media tracking systems.
