Wendy Arnon is President at Pathway, a division of Omnicom Media Group. Her unrelenting focus on driving clients’ business results led to the transformation from a niche business unit into a nimble and holistic Performance media agency within the Omnicom Media Group organization. In a day and age when “accountability” and “performance media” are all the rage, Wendy had the prescience to build an employee-engaged organization from the ground up, perfectly suited to today’s changing marketing and media marketplace.

Wendy has led Pathway for over a decade, where she has created a culture of constant evolution and optimization led by data, insights and advanced analytics. Having lead the rebrand to Pathway, Wendy is super proud of its long-term client and employee retention and development, as well as thriving partnerships with leading consumer brands.

She has worked in many consumer and B2B categories, with particularly successful experiences in leading brands through evolutionary times within healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial, e-commerce, CPG and telecom.
She is a champion of her “army of volunteers” that brings employee passions into the workplace, including agency/employee supported events and fundraising for charitable organizations like the Pediatric Cancer Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital that are important to our Pathway family.

Vicki is an experienced CMO with a broad range of B2B and B2C marketing experience.  As the CMO of Avention, Inc, she leads the global marketing organization.  Prior to joining Avention, Vicki ran her own marketing and research company, Godfrey Research. She was also previously the CMO of Zipcar, the leading global car sharing business. Prior to that, Vicki led global branding for Monster.com, and developed and managed the teen business for Polaroid, globally launching the Izone camera, the number one selling camera in the world.

Vicki has also held senior marketing and new product leadership positions with Fidelity Investments, Polaroid Corporation and GTE (Verizon) Corporation.

Vicki gained her International MBA from Thunderbird (The American Graduate School of International Management) and a BA, with distinction, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Vermont.

Vicki has taught Marketing at the Gordon Institute at Tufts University since 2001.

Amy, Albert’s CMO, is an award-winning, well-rounded – right brain/left brain – marketer with nearly 20 years of strategic marketing and communications experience in the technology industry.

Her primary tasks include building and raising awareness, driving demand and growth, and architecting the go-to-market strategy for the company’s artificial intelligence marketing solution, Prior to joining the company , Amy was the CMO of Tracx where she also led the company’s go-to-market strategy. During her tenure at Tracx, the company won more than sixteen awards for their best-in-class product, and her team was recognized by B2BMarketer as a finalist for their account-based marketing strategy. Amy additionally spent several years at Experian Marketing Services leading the transformation of the CheetahMail organization and brand, to cross-channel marketing, and finally to the Marketing Suite. Amy has held global marketing leadership roles at Operative and LivePerson. She also serves on Forrester’s B2B Leadership Advisory Board, as well as DMNews’ Client Advisory Board.

She holds a BA in Communications and English from Boston College and lives in Greenwich, CT with her family.

Barbara Martin Coppola serves as chief marketing officer of Grubhub. With 18 years of technology marketing experience spanning more than nine countries, Barbara is responsible for growing brand affinity and driving user adoption. Prior to GrubHub, Barbara spent seven years at Google, holding leadership positions in the U.S. and France for Google Express, YouTube and Chromecast. She also previously worked for Samsung in South Korea and Texas Instruments in the U.S., Finland, Germany and Japan. Barbara holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, a master’s degree in mobile communications from E.N.S.T, and an MBA from INSEAD. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Barbara studied classical piano alongside engineering while an undergraduate student, which helped provide balance to her curriculum. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.

Joanna joined MediaMath from AdExchanger where she was the founding member of the AdExchanger Research practice, developing syndicated primary research in the areas of programmatic advertising and audience targeting, and serving as an expert partner to marketers, agencies, publishers and advertising and marketing technology companies. Prior to AdExchanger, Joanna spent three years at Forrester Research, serving as Principal Analyst. Joanna has more than 15 years of experience in the marketing leadership industry. She started at digital advertising agency Avenue A in New York and was a founding member of Razorfish’s ATOM Systems agency trading desk. More recently, she ran brand relations for the Audience on Demand practice at VivaKi, helping advertising clients target and optimize broad-reaching interactive campaigns. Joanna graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in psychology. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with departmental and general honors.
