SmartFocus forges partnership with Ensighten
Just a week ago SmartFocus made headlines with the global availability of Infor Epiphany, a joint marketing automation platform from Infor and SmartFocus. Today, SmartFocus announced another partnership with enterprise data and tag management company Ensighten.
By combining SmartFocus's cloud marketing capabilities with Ensighten's Agile Marketing Platform, both companies will leverage each other's technology to provide their clients a means to engage their prospects and customers in real-time conversations.
The SmartFocus Cloud Marketing Platform is designed to enable marketers to deliver relevant experiences in real time across channels through personalized recommendations and dynamically adapted content. Similarly, Ensighten's AMP is designed to improve website performance by enabling marketers to act on online and offline data in real time. The integration of the tools is designed to provide marketers with a better understanding of customers in real time that should allow those marketers to provide an even more personalized customer experience.
“Today, real-time customer data is at the heart of every marketer and ecommerce manager's personalization strategy,” Neil Hamilton, director of personalization sales at SmartFocus, said in a statement, adding that the goal of the partnership is to help marketers overcome barriers to delivering engaging experiences and timely content and offers.
The combined technology is available in Austria, France, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and the U.S.
