Today is International Womens Day 2016, and to celebrate the occasion a new initiative, Digital Ninety-Nines, will celebrate the contributions made by women to digital marketing and information technology. The name recalls Amelia Earhart's group of 99 licensed women pilots, founded in 1929.

Organized by digital experience platform Episerver, the initiative features a series of podcasts with women digital leaders, hosted at the Episerver site, but also available on iTunes, Soundcloud and YouTube. Companies represented include Electrolux, IBM and Microsoft.

In the podcast below, Kellie Ritcher, CMO at Provasi Capital, talks about the evolution of new technologies and skills, and the impact on customer experience.
