Maritz Gets Catuity Loyalty Software License

Maritz Inc., a research and loyalty company, signed a three-year licensing agreement to operate Catuity Inc.'s loyalty software through its Maritz Loyalty Marketing business unit.

As part of the deal, Fenton, MO-based Maritz will license and install the Catuity software application as a real-time redemption management system. This is intended to improve customer relationships through real-time recognition and rewards at various points of interaction.

Licensing is part of Detroit-based Catuity's strategy of distributing its loyalty software through channel partners. Licensees like Maritz, in turn, can offer that software to their clients. Maritz Loyalty Marketing has clients like Citigroup, Sprint and Bank of America.
