Mail-Well to Sell Excess Inventory on Go2Paper

Commercial printer Mail-Well will sell excess paper via Go2Paper's private Web service, which lets printers post and manage their inventories online, Go2Paper said yesterday.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Mail-Well said it hoped to use Oakland, CA-based Go2Paper to sell excess materials at all of its 86 printing plants in North America.

In addition to inventory management, Go2Paper provides e-mail marketing tools to let clients, including Mail-Well, e-mail their excess inventory lists to potential buyers.

Mail-Well, Englewood, CO, has about 10,200 employees in North America. In addition to commercial printing, the company produces envelopes and office products.
