With corporate offices in Cincinnati and New York, Federated is one of the nation's premier retailers, with fiscal 2006 sales expected to exceed $27 billion. Federated operates 850 department stores and 720 bridal and formalwear stores in the United States under many names include Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Kaufmann's and Lord & Taylor. The company also operates and Bloomingdale's By Mail.

SSA Outbound Marketing, a component of SSA Customer Relationship Management powered by Epiphany, will let enhance its customer relationships through personalized, intelligent interactions. The software will help Macy's increase return on investment in its online marketing programs and strengthen the company's brand image as a leading provider of fashion and affordable luxury items.

SSA Outbound Marketing is an integrated database marketing solution for planning, executing and monitoring permission-based marketing campaigns across multiple touch points.

SSA Global also announced this week the launch of SSA Marketing 7.0, a best-in-class marketing application suite designed to integrate inbound and outbound initiatives. It introduces customer-driven enhancements to help companies optimize interactions with customers across multiple inbound and outbound channels.

SSA Marketing 7.0 is designed to for companies in targeted vertical industries including financial services, insurance, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, travel and leisure, wholesale and manufacturing.
