Lyris debuts a suite of deliverability products

J.L. Halsey's e-mail marketing subsidiary Lyris Technologies has debuted a suite of deliverability products in an effort to help marketers to get into the inbox.

The new packages of consulting services from the Emeryville, CAûbased firm, "Get Ready to Deliver" and "Ongoing Deliverability," are designed to give clients information and tools to monitor, manage and increase e-mail deliverability through the use of industry-recognized best practices and proper technology infrastructure and configuration.

The packages include software optimization, training on deliverability best practices and business processes, detailed infrastructure audits and tools for analysis, support packages for monitoring deliverability, and consultation and representation in resolving incidents of false positive e-mail blocking and bulk placement.

Best Buy, Agency.com and Harper Collins are among the Lyris clients that will be able to use these products.
