Lycos, Autoweb Sign Deal

Web portal Lycos yesterday said it acquired a 10 percent stake in Autoweb.


The two companies also signed a four-year agreement to produce a new co-branded car buying Web site on Lycos called the Lycos/Autoweb channel.


The companies said they would split the revenues from e-commerce and advertising on the site.
