Lot21 to Launch Ad Campaign on AvantGo

Lot21, San Francisco, a digital marketing, media and advertising company, became the first to launch a wireless ad campaign on AvantGo's mobile information portal. AvantGo is a Web-based news and information service for Palm Computing and Windows CE devices, as well as Internet-enabled phones.


Intraware, an information technology e-marketplace for Web-based software and services, will be the first outside advertiser to take advantage of the opportunity by having its ads run for approximately two weeks and reach more than 500,000 subscribers. The advertisement will be the first of its kind to be placed on the mobile home page of AvantGo, enabling Intraware to become the gateway advertiser sponsoring all content selected by the user.
