List Professional Stacey Robin Hermalin Dies

Fundraising list broker Stacey Robin Hermalin died Nov. 18 at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. She was 29.


Hermalin worked as an account executive in the fundraising list brokerage group of Rickard List Marketing, Melville, NY, for more than five years.


"She will be remembered for her kindness and thoughtfulness, her remarkable work ethic and her good humor and bravery in the face of daunting medical issues," the company said yesterday in a statement.


Hermalin is survived by her mother, Anita Hermalin of Lindenhurst, NY; and her longtime boyfriend, Bill Furman of North Lindenhurst, NY.


Services will be held at noon today at I.J. Moses Funeral Home, 21 E. Deer Park Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746. Donations in Stacey's name can be made to either the Amyloid Research Fund, 715 Albany St., K-503, Boston, MA 02118 or the Grateful Paw Cat Shelter, c/o The League for Animal Protection of Huntington Inc., P.O. Box 390, Huntington, NY 11743.
