List Pro Predicts a Busy Spring

At least one list company executive is predicting a bountiful spring for mailers.


"Based on the indications from the list orders in September and October, I think it looks very promising in terms of prospecting in the spring," said Joy Contreras, vice president of consumer list management at Edith Roman Associates, Pearl River, NY.


She thinks catalogers will shift from using cooperative databases to prospecting for new names through traditional list testing.
