Lighthouse List Co., Pompano Beach, FL, announced last week its management of the new-to-market Modus Vivendi, or Way of Life, database of 150 million last-12-month names.


This lifestyle database is compiled from multiple sources including direct mail, Internet surveys and modeling.


Selections are geography, recency, age, income, credit card, telephone number and lifestyle selects including arts/crafts, books, education, donor preference, faith, home/garden, politics and sports. The base price is $60/M and includes two demographic selects.
