Leo Burnett Creates New Customer Group, Shuts NorthStar Direct Unit

BCom3 Group advertising agency Leo Burnett has shuttered its NorthStar direct and database unit, transferring responsibilities to the new Leo Burnett Customer Group.


Peter Steinhauser, a member of Burnett's domestic operating board, will lead the new customer group that will also handle consumer research. Bob Price will be executive creative director at the new division. He was creative director of direct marketing for Asia-Pacific at M&C Saatchi.
