Lenox Picks Unica to Drive Customer-Centric Marketing

KISSIMMEE, FL -- Unica Corp., Waltham, MA, a provider of enterprise marketing management solutions, said yesterday that Lenox selected Unica's Affinium to enhance its customer segmentation capabilities.


The announcement came at the Winter 2004 National Center for Database Marketing Conference here.


Lenox, Lawrenceville, NJ, previously relied on a proprietary, homegrown solution that often required technical programmers to profile customers. Lenox marketers will be able to efficiently segment customers and execute marketing campaigns without IT support, decreasing their time-to-market and improving overall marketing productivity.
