Learn2.com Has Growth Plans for eTracks.com

Learn2.com said yesterday that it will accelerate the growth of its subsidiary, a data tracking and e-mail broadcast service provider to the e-commerce and Internet marketing industry.

"During the last five months we reviewed eTracks' e-mail broadcast business and its recently completed proprietary tracking technology," said Stephen P. Gott, president/CEO of Learn2.com. "We determined that eTracks was in a market that was experiencing exceptional growth and that eTracks' proprietary Web tracking technology had broader application beyond the e-mail broadcast market."

The company plans to use eTracks to evaluate the behavior of visitors and customers of virtually every e-commerce Web site, as well as the behavior of Internet and network users.

To establish independence and focus, Learn2.com appointed a new board of directors for eTracks.com.
