For those of you following the news that despite an effort to cut staffing costs the US Postal Service spent the same amount on staffing hours - you may want to take a look at a recent filing to the Postal Regulatory Commission which reveals a summary of National Payroll hours: http://www.prc.gov/docs/64/64259/bb1609.pdf
