LastMinuteTravel.com has formed a content agreement with Yahoo to provide spontaneous travel offers to Yahoo Travel.

LastMinuteTravel, Atlanta, provides instant access to updated travel opportunities from brand-name providers without the usual last-minute penalties.

The agreement will allow Yahoo consumers to find just-released offers, which rotate between airfare, lodging, and vacation categories, as well as links to LastMinuteTravel.com.
