Lapham/Miller Buys Imagicians

Lapham/Miller Associates, Andover, MA, completed its acquisition of Imagicians Interactive, a 7-year-old agency in Boston.


Imagicians will be renamed L/M Interactive. Combined billings at Lapham/Miller now will total $38 million. The agency will have 43 employees, absorbing all the staff from Imagicians.


The acquisition follows the January launch by Lapham/Miller of McMahon & Shaffer Brand Promotions, a promotions agency that already counts as clients brands like Allied Domecq, Fox Sports Net and Hard Rock CafŽ.


Lapham/Miller's clients include Compass USA, Analog Devices, Palm Inc., athenahealth, MedDiversified and Integral Access.
