La Poste Group Chooses Siebel 7
CRM applications software provider Siebel Systems Inc., San Mateo, CA, said yesterday that La Poste Group will implement its Siebel 7 solutions.La Poste Group will use Siebel Sales 7 and Siebel Analytics 7 to create a fuller understanding of the business customers that make up 90 percent of its mail business. The solutions also will enable La Poste Group to cross-sell and upsell mail solutions, increase revenue and improve business customer satisfaction and loyalty.
