KSL Resorts Implements Group 1's Hospitality Marketing Software

Group 1 Software yesterday said that KSL Resorts Corp. has implemented its DM1 Corporate Hospitality marketing automation service.


KSL, La Quinta, CA, will use DM1 Corporate Hospitality to understand and serve its guests better and to enhance its targeted marketing efforts. DM1 offers data hygiene and enhancement capabilities by integrating Group 1's data quality software. It also provides analysis through ad hoc query and online analytical processing tools, data visualization, modeling and reporting and campaign management.


DM1 also incorporates third-party technologies from industry leaders such as Oracle, Dimensional Insight and MapInfo.


KSL owns and operates a geographically diverse, $1.2 billion portfolio of resorts, including the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Doral Golf Resort and Club in Miami and the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa in Maui, HI.


KSL will access DM1 from its corporate headquarters and seven resort properties nationwide via an application service provider from Group 1, Lanham, MD.
