Kraft hires Epsilon for data, e-mail work

Kraft Foods tapped Epsilon to handle database and data management, e-mail marketing, multichannel campaign management and interactive Web services for its Web brands. The companies announced the hire on February 9.

The agency is supporting Kraft's North American consumer Web brands, including KraftFoods.com, KraftCanada.com and ComidaKraft.com. The companies began working together during the second half of last year.

Bryan Kennedy, president of Epsilon, said in a statement that the agency is “thrilled to be working with Kraft.”

Other Epsilon clients include Key Bank, AstraZeneca and National Geographic. Mcgarrybowen also works with some Kraft brands.
