Korean Bank Picks MicroStrategy for Customer Support

ChoHung Bank selected the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Platform for enterprise-wide reporting and analysis, MicroStrategy Inc. said yesterday.


Founded in 1897, ChoHung is the oldest bank in Korea, reaching about 10 million customers through 560 domestic and international branch locations. The bank expects to track customers' credit habits and activities, uncovering revenue-generating opportunities through targeted upsell campaigns.


ChoHung also plans to create applications to enhance risk management analysis and report on employee productivity and performance.


MicroStrategy is based in McLean, VA.
