Integrated marketing solutions provider KnowledgeBase Marketing, Chapel Hill, NC, and Prime Response, Denver, a campaign management software provider, announced a partnership that will automate one-to-one communications to customer bases of up to tens of millions.


Through the agreement, users will be able to use Prime Vantage, Prime Response's campaign management tool, to access and manage data housed in KnowledgeBase Marketing's DecisionMart, DynamIQS and other data warehouses and repositories.


According to the companies, the partnership will help companies improve their marketing performance through higher levels of automation and customization in their customer relationship management and direct marketing programs.
