KnowledgeBase Extends Sales Initiative With TrafficMax

KnowledgeBase Marketing Inc., Houston, unveiled a proprietary business solution last month that it said will significantly increase store traffic and the average size of in-store purchases for new customers.


Through enhancement and analysis of a retailer's existing customer information, TrafficMax identifies a retailer's best new prospects living within the trading areas of its store locations.


"TrafficMax is ideal for retailers who have a chain of stores, capture customer data during transactions and would like to leverage database marketing to increase profitable store traffic from new customers," said David Wilson, executive vice president at KnowledgeBase. "For clients that are not currently collecting detailed data, we can also help to quickly and cost effectively build a customer tracking file using reverse appending techniques."
