KLM Picks E.piphany for CRM

KLM, the fourth-largest airline in Europe, selected the E.piphany Marketing and Interaction Advisor software solutions to support its customer loyalty and targeted communications programs, E.piphany Inc. announced last week.


KLM recently implemented the campaign management software solution from E.piphany, San Mateo, CA. It lets KLM target customers with special campaigns and offers. Next, KLM will implement an integrated customer database that it says will increase KLM's knowledge of its customers.
