Keynote to Evaluate NASA, Other Sites

Internet performance measurement firm Keynote Systems, San Mateo, CA, said that NASA, Network Solutions, Continental Airlines and Apple Computer will be the four Web sites whose quality of service it will measure this month. The evaluation is part of its Site-of-the-Week program. Performance results are available to the public at www.keynote.com.

Companies with e-commerce sites can sign up for Keynote's free performance evaluation. Quality of service is determined by the Keynote Perspective service, which measures how long it takes to access and download Web pages. Measurements are taken every 15 minutes totaling more than 40,000 measurements of download speeds each week.
