Kemper Names Kendall Ross for Seattle Development
Kemper Development Co., a Bellevue, WA, developer, picked Kendall Ross as its agency of record for Seattle's Lincoln Square project.The Seattle agency will handle advertising, marketing and collateral for Lincoln Square, a mixed-use development including retail stores, luxury condominiums, parking and a four-star hotel.
Kendall Ross will begin the campaign with direct mail, leasing collateral pieces, a new project Web site, a DVD presentation video and construction barricade graphics. The second phase will include an ad campaign, direct mail and point-of-sale collateral such as shopping bags and directories.
